BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCHIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. peanut butter
4 c. cornflakes
1 c. Spanish or cocktail peanuts (unsalted)

Melt chips and peanut butter in microwave. Stir until creamy. Add cornflakes and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Allow to cool. (Mixture will appear runny, but will stiffen when cool.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
