BUTTERSCOTCH NUT CRUNCHIES 
1 2/3 c. granola cereal
1 c. chopped cashews
1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
1/3 c. corn syrup
2 measuring tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

In large bowl, combine cereal, cashews, and apricots. Set aside. In small saucepan, combine corn syrup and butter. Cook over moderate heat until butter melts. Remove from heat. Add butterscotch morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; mix well. Press into foil lined 9 inch square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares. Makes 81 (1 inch) squares.
