PORK TERIYAKI | |
1 lb. pork tenderloin 2 tbsp. sliced green onion 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. dry sherry Cut tenderloin into 6 x 1/2 x 1/8 inch slices. Combine all ingredients except pork strips and mix well. Add pork to marinade, cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Thread meat onto skewers. Grill. |
