MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. jar marshmallow creme

Cream sugar, cocoa and butter. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, coconut and nuts. Bake in sheet pan 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. While still hot, spread large jar of marshmallow creme over it. Let cool before frosting.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

Combine:

1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Spread over marshmallow topping.
