MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
Pinch of salt

Mix in conventional manner. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes in oblong pan. When taken from oven put 1 jar of marshmallow cream over top. Cool, then ice with Chocolate Chocolate Frosting.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. nuts
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk or more for spreading consistency
