MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 jar marshmallow creme
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar

Melt butter; add cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour. Beat well. Pour in 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven spread marshmallow creme, while cake is still hot, then over this pour mud cake icing. 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/3 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts, if desired
