MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. Kraft marshmallow creme

Cream sugar, butter and cocoa well. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour and nuts; beat well, about 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-45 minutes, being careful not to overbake. Cake will be textured somewhat like a brownie. Remove cake from oven and spread marshmallow creme on top like frosting. Let cool. Spread on frosting.

FROSTING:

Cream 1 pound confectioners sugar, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup powdered cocoa and 1/2 cup Pet evaporated milk until smooth and fluffy.
