MOM'S BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5-6 tbsp. warm water

Work until smooth. Let rise until double. Knead 5 minutes. Put n large, greased, round casserole and let rise again. Spread with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Brush with butter.
