MOM'S HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes
6 slices bacon

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan.

Add to grease and cook until yellow.

Combine: 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seed Dash pepper

Stir to onions/bacon grease and stir. Stir into above mixture: 1 c. vinegar

Add potatoes and chopped bacon. (8 servings)
