CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first four ingredients with a mixer; put into 24 cupcake papers (about 2 tablespoons in each or until all is equally used). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove from oven. Mix last 3 ingredients and spoon onto cupcakes and return to oven for 5 minutes. You can add 1/2 cherry in the middle of the sour cream mixture before returning to oven if desired.
