CHEESE CAKE (N.Y. STYLE) | |
20 pieces Zwiebach 3 tbsp. sugar 4 tbsp. butter 24 oz. creamed cheese 1 1/3 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 3 eggs (1 at a time) 1 pt. sour cream 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Crush Zwiebach. Grease sides and bottom of flat baking pan with butter. Combine zwiebach, sugar and butter. Use 1/2 mixture to pat on sides and bottom of pan. Mix creamed cheese, vanilla, sugar and 3 eggs. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour sour cream, sugar, vanilla, over top of baked mixture. Put remaining Zwiebach mixture over sour cream. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate and cut into squares. |
