CHERRY BALLS | |
15 oz. maraschino cherries (1 jar) 3 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. softened butter 2 c. shredded coconut 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs Drain cherries. Mix all other ingredients except crumbs by hand, if too stiff add small amount of milk. Do not get too moist. Crush 1/3 pound graham crackers to fine crumbs. Take 1 teaspoon of mixture in hand and wrap around cherry into ball. Roll ball in crumbs until evenly coated. |
