CHERRY BALLS 
2 sticks butter, let out so it gets soft
3 c. powdered sugar
1 bag (7 oz.) coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all with wooden spoon until mixed good. Roll into tiny balls. Put half maraschino cherry in center and roll again. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Put on cookie sheet. When done cover with saran wrap good and freeze these. When frozen you can put in container with wax paper in between each layer. Make sure you drain maraschino cherry good. They thaw fast for cookie tray. Rich but very good. I like them right out of freezer. Makes about 60-70.
