PEACH - ALMOND POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1 c. mashed peaches
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract

Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

Combine flour, soda and salt. Combine sour cream and peaches. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with peach mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix just until blended after each addition. Stir in flavorings.

Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10-15 minutes, remove from pans and let cool completely.
