CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
2 c. chicken (or turkey) cubed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Veg-all

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Blend flour, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, broth and chicken. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in vegetables. Pour in baking dish and top with biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees until biscuits are done.
