PARSLEY & PARMESAN CHICKEN 
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. chicken broth
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Parsley flakes

Cut chicken breasts in strips bread with Italian crumbs. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour 1 cup broth over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
