PARSLEY N'PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1/4 c. Italian dressing
3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
1 slightly beaten egg and 2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper

Pour dressing into covered dish. Place chicken in dish and rotate to coat chicken. Refrigerate for 4 hours spooning dressing over chicken occasionally. Combine egg and water. In bag place cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in egg and then crumb mixture. Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Note: This also works well for chicken on the grill.
