BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Green pepper
Ketchup
Onions, chopped in lg. chunks
Canned peas (not drained)
Crisco oil

Brown chops quickly on each side in hot Crisco oil. Set aside. Brown big chunks of onions in the same pan. Cut thick slices of potatoes and place in a baking tray. Put a can of peas, juice and all, over the potatoes. Place the chops on top of that. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut slices of pepper and place around. Do the same with the onions. Sprinkle ketchup over all. Pour off most of the Crisco and add water in. heat and pour in tray for broth. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
