CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 stick butter
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. shredded cheese (med. Cheddar)
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Melt butter in casserole dish, add cornflakes, cabbage, onions, pepper and salt. Mix celery soup, milk and mayonnaise. Pour over casserole, add cheese to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
