PINEAPPLE FRUIT CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (5 oz.) jar baby strained sweet potatoes
8 3/4 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped walnuts

Melt butter in 9 x 9 inch pan. Remove from heat. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour melted butter over. Mix until smooth. Put in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
