CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 sqs. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs until mixture is pale yellow. Add vanilla and chocolate. Blend. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing just to blend. Refrigerate dough about one hour.
