CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 oz. melted and cooled unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in flour mix. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll in balls. Roll in 10X sugar. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
