CHOCOLATE CRINKLE 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Confectioner's sugar

Melt chocolate and mix with oil and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Chill 2 hours and roll in balls. Roll in confectioner's sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet 2 to 3 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from pan. Yields 4 dozen.
