PEANUT BUTTER - DATE BALLS 
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Mix peanut butter, sugar, butter, dates and nuts. Shape into balls (about the size of a walnut). Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate mixture. Lift with two forks. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate to set. Store in covered containers and keep in refrigerator.

NOTE: You may want to refrigerate balls about 1/2 hour before dipping.
