CHICKEN CHEESE SOUP 
1 chicken breast
2 c. water
1/3 c. finely chopped carrots
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 slice finely chopped bacon (optional)

Simmer chicken and bacon 20 minutes. Cool and dice, simmer water to 1 cup. Add vegetables. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in soup and milk. Add chicken and cheese.
