COLONIAL PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. molasses
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 eggs

Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, spices and molasses. Mix well. Add eggs and evaporated milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees until knife comes out clean.
