STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 pkg. (18 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 baskets fresh strawberries, sliced

Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch thick slices. Line on ungreased 14 inch pizza pan with slices, overlapping slightly and pressing gently together to cover pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes; cool. Dissolve Jello in boiling water and set aside to thicken, chill if necessary.

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries on top and glaze with Jello. Chill. Cut into pizza wedges to serve. Add whipped cream if desired.
