BAKED CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 325°F. In small bowl, combine all three ingredients; beat at least 2 minutes until fluffy. Pour into 8-inch graham cracker pie crust.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Spread fruit on top (canned pie filling or fresh fruit). Chill 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream.
