SUPER GOOD FROSTING 
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. butter (must be butter)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine milk and flour in shaker. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. With mixer beat sugar and butter well. Gradually add cooled mix and beat well until smooth. Add vanilla and beat again until light and creamy smooth. Delicious. Perfect for angel food cake.
