CRAZY CAKE (Low Sugar) 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. Sugar Twin
3 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Mix dry ingredients together well, and add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water. Beat on medium speed for one minute. (1/2 cup of chopped nuts or raisins may be added after mixing.) Pour into greased and floured 8x8 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
