RICE CASSEROLE 
2 cans French onion soup (do not dilute)
2 cans beef broth (do not dilute)
2 c. uncooked rice
1 stick butter, cubed
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms

Combine all ingredients in a large casserole. Stir to mix. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven, covered. One half of this recipe will feed 6 very well in a 3 quart casserole.
