CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 fryers, boiled
2 boxes cornbread Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, grated
1 sm. jar pimento
2 c. chicken broth

Remove skin and bones from the chicken and break in small pieces. Mix the rest of the ingredients well. Then mix in chicken. Place in 9x13x2 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
