BANANA CAKE 
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. Pet milk
2 mashed bananas
1 c. English walnuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. self-rising flour

Beat egg yolks slightly; add milk, sugar, flour and melted butter. Fold in bananas and whipped egg whites. Bake at 375 degrees until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, approximately 25 minutes. 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. cream 1 tbsp. butter

Boil sugar and cream together until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat and let stand until you can rest your hand on bottom of pan. Add vanilla and butter; beat until it is thick enough to spread. Frost top of cake and let drip down sides. Top with walnuts.
