CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
HEN:

Cut up chicken, wash and season with salt and pepper. Place in large pot. Add chopped onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper, a dash of Accent and red pepper to taste. Add enough water to cover chicken. Cook until chicken is almost done.

DUMPLINGS:

2 c. flour
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. butter
Pinch of baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

In large bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add egg yolk, butter and enough ice water to make a dough. Turn out on a floured board. Roll out as thin as possible. Cut into small pieces. Drop into chicken mixture. Cook about 20 minutes or to your taste.
