4 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
4 to 6 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg
1/2 c. melted butter
1 sm. onion
2 c. mashed potatoes
3/4 c. liquid from cooked potatoes

Add onion to mashed potatoes. Add seasonings and bread crumbs. Beat egg and add liquid, then stir into potato mixture.
