STUFFING FOR TURKEY OR CHICKEN 
22 oz. loaf white bread, break up
6 onions, diced
8 pieces celery, diced
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 lb. butter
2 med. potatoes, sliced thinly and cooked until mushy

Saute onions and celery in melted butter until onions are transparent; add to bread. Add potatoes and water cooked in to bread mixture; also parsley. Mix together (add water if not moist enough), put in casserole dish and add some broth from chicken or turkey and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
