DIANE'S CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Beat eggs until thick and foamy. Gradually add brown sugar and continue beating until well blended. Add to this the cooking oil and vanilla. Next fold in flour, pecans, and chocolate pieces. Spread in a greased 11 x 15 x 1/2 inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. cool and cut into bars. (May decrease chocolate pieces to 1/2 cup and add 1/2 cup butterscotch pieces.)
