2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. nuts
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Take from heat. Add vanilla, oatmeal and nuts. Stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper and let cool.
