HUMMUS 
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, undrained
Juice of one lemon
1/2 c. Tahini paste
2 cloves garlic pressed
Pinch of salt
Garnish: 1 tbsp. olive oil

Put all in blender, puree until smooth. Pour into shallow bowl drizzle the olive oil over top. Serve with wedges of toasted pita bread.
