WILD RICE HOTDISH 
1 c. raw wild rice, cooked
Onion & celery
1 1/2-2 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Mushrooms (optional)

Saute onion and celery. Brown hamburger with. Mix rice with 2 soups and add hamburger mixture with mushrooms in 3 quart casserole dish and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
