AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. fresh diced onion
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown pork chops on both sides. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over browned pork chops. Simmer 45 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice. Can top with chow mein noodles.
