CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. white chicken meat cooked and diced (3 breasts)
1/2 c. dried chow mein noodles
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
4 green onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, slivered
2 tbsp. almonds, roasted
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Toast sesame seeds by heating in skillet until they pop. Heat almonds and noodles in oven until crispy at 350 degrees. Watch and stir occasionally. Cook chicken combine all ingredients as listed above. Toss and top with dressing.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
6 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil

Combine all ingredients and shake well.
