BLENDER MAYONNAISE 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring
Dash of BLAIR paprika

Break egg into blender container; add salt and vinegar, flavoring and paprika, blend. Add 1/3 cup salad oil and blend. Uncover and blend while pouring the remaining salad oil in a steady stream. Turn blender off when all of oil has been absorbed. Makes 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container.
