CHICKEN-BROCCOLI ITALIANO 
1 bunch broccoli, flowerets and sliced stems
10-12 med. to lg. mushrooms, whole
1 med. green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 lg. can pureed tomatoes
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, drained
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Basil

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil. Add chicken and brown lightly.

Meanwhile, steam broccoli and mushrooms briefly. Combine vegetables with chicken. Add tomato puree and whole tomatoes. Add spices to taste. Cook 20 minutes. Serve over pasta. Serves 4.
