WINE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 heaping tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. cream sherry
4 whole eggs

Mix dry ingredients together, add oil, sherry and eggs. Beat 5 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done. Cool 20 minutes in pan, then carefully remove. Sift powdered sugar over top of cake when cool. May be baked in round pans instead of bundt pan, adjust cooking time.
