LAMPLIGHTER WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. (4 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. sherry

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning out on rack to cool thoroughly.
