EASY WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
3/4 c. cream sherry

Combine ingredients and mix for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased bundt or angel food cake pan. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 15 minutes before turning out. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
