CATHEDRAL WINDOW COOKIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature colored marshmallows
4 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Powdered sugar
Coconut

Put chocolate chips and butter in 150 degree oven until melted. Add eggs, well beaten, to hot mixture and stir well. Divide in 4 equal parts on wax paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 4 rolls.

Roll each roll in coconut. Wrap in wax paper or aluminum foil. Keep in refrigerator and cut as needed. Slice any size you wish. No baking.
