ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can water pack artichokes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Dill weed, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste

Chop artichokes medium fine. Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir in chopped artichokes, Parmesan cheese, dill weed, and garlic powder. Pour into buttered oven proof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips.
