PEACH KUCHEN 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut, toasted
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. can sliced peaches, drain well
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. dairy sour cream
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. nuts, opt.

Combine cake mix and coconut. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in nuts. Lightly press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange peaches over crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over peaches. Blend sour cream and eggs; pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until set. Easy to make.
